Safety Mentorship Program
CHBA – Alberta is recruiting safety leaders for its new Safety Mentorship Program. As a Safety Mentor, you will be paired with a CHBA member who wants to improve worksite safety and would benefit from your experience.
The CHBA – Alberta Safety Mentorship Program harnesses existing knowledge and resources to create safer worksites and consistent standards across the province.
Here’s how the program works:
- Mentors are supported by CHBA – Alberta as they work with their matched company to decide the best path for sharing experience and expertise.
- Mentors are ready and willing to share information, expertise and experience, and will commit at least three hours a month over a minimum six-month period.
- Mentors are proven safety leaders whose companies have demonstrated their commitment to safety by implementing a formal safety program.
The CHBA – Alberta Safety Mentorship Program is an opportunity to help foster a stronger safety culture and build new industry relationships.
Mentors will be authorized to display the CHBA – Alberta Safety Mentorship Program logo and be recognized at the annual BUILD conference.
