Safety Mentorship Program
BILD Alberta is recruiting safety leaders for its new Safety Mentorship Program. As a Safety Mentor, you will be paired with a BILD member who wants to improve worksite safety and would benefit from your experience.
The BILD Alberta Safety Mentorship Program harnesses existing knowledge and resources to create safer worksites and consistent standards across the province.
Here’s how the program works:
- Mentors are supported by BILD Alberta as they work with their matched company to decide the best path for sharing experience and expertise.
- Mentors are ready and willing to share information, expertise and experience, and will commit at least three hours a month over a minimum six-month period.
- Mentors are proven safety leaders whose companies have demonstrated their commitment to safety by implementing a formal safety program.
The BILD Alberta Safety Mentorship Program is an opportunity to help foster a stronger safety culture and build new industry relationships.
Mentors will be authorized to display the BILD Alberta Safety Mentorship Program logo and be recognized at the annual Fall Conference.
